Vol. 3 Leather Jacket Rock

Stocking used clothes is an inefficient business. Buying up stock from used clothes shop in Chiba is a very special case. Normally we have to take unsold stock with the hot selling items. We don’t have a defined supply route, maybe that’s to avoid risk. Well, there is no point thinking about such trifling things. And I don’t feel like asking Mr. Sakita. Fun is more important than some responsibility. Well, I will palm off leather jackets to boys on school trip, uncool guys, paying a little respect and chit-chat for cool guys.
On rainy days, the tent business is closed. Sometimes we don’t work or we prepare newly arrival leather jackets. We do it at another shop on Takeshita street. Of course Nari-chan and I do. Rain splashes off the back side of the wall and my socks get soaked cold through my boots. Oh well, let’s polish the jackets. It’s the leather jackets that have arrived from Europe that Mr. Suga, who made the new used clothes shop TEX in Shibuya, has supplied to our shop now and we have in our hand.

Of course Mr. Sakita is not there. Only us and the new girl. Her name is Okubo, from Hakata, and a very big fan of the Roosters. We can do whatever we want. Anyway I’m having fun in Harajuku.
